Heeeeeeeeeeeeey! It’s me again. It’s been awhile since I did this, and the clan has an event going, so I figured that I should do it again. Destiny 2 is just a couple of months away. I want to be active for that, so I should get back into this habit. What do you think about that? Eh, it doesn’t matter. I’ll do what I want anyway! 🙂
Target: Sepiks Perfected
Oh, fun fun fun. Arc Burn! I finally get to actually break out my Fatebringer (Adept)!
Hunter: I suppose that you could go Bladedancer, but what’s the fun in that? You generally still can’t go wrong running Nightstalker. Tether everything and make orbs for those Stormcallers who are likely going to be with you.
Titan: Strikers can get the job done here. Especially with those frickin’ Lightning Grenades. However, Defenders still have their place. Keep your hammers in your pockets.
Warlock: If you’re running anything other than Stormcaller then you are doing it wrong. Period. Perpetual Charge should be one of your equipped perks no matter what.
Primary: Grab anything that has an Arc Flavor. If you’ve been able to grab any of the new Exotic Primaries from the raids, then look through those. Fatebringer (Adept), Chaos Dogma (Adept), Oversoul Edict (Adept), Praedyth’s Timepiece, or whatever you get from King’s Fall. Yes, yes, you could also use Nechrochasm (but why?) or Zhalos Supercell. Otherwise, equip your favored legendary weapon and kill things.
Special: Okay. There really isn’t an exotic choice here. You should be rocking a primary exotic since that will give you that extra source of Arc damage. So, grab your favorite Sniper for the boss (in arc flavor of course) and/or whatever you want to use for everything else. Honestly, though, you won’t need anything else if you’re running something mentioned above.
Heavy: If you absolutely MUST use an exotic here, then Thunderlord, The Almighty, is your choice. Don’t like LMGs? Bolt Caster, then. Otherwise, I would suggest an If Materia in arc. Barring that… grab whatever you like the best.
Hunter: Nightstalker! Kill things with your grenades and smoke!
Warlock: Voidwalker. Kill things with your grenades, melee, Nova Bomb, and icy stares!
Titan: Defender. Hide in your bubble and make faces at the scary minions of the darkness… otherwise, grab your fiery Sunbreaker and throw hammer and grenades at things. Get punchy!
Primary: Void flavors. Word of Crota (Adept), Atheon’s Epilogue (Adept), or whatever exotic primary that you get from King’s Fall or Wrath of the Machine.
Special: Telesto will always be the besto! If you don’t want to rock that, then anything else will do.
Heavy: Not wanting to use Telesto or a Void Primary? Grab your Nova Mortis, Dark-Drinker, or Truth.

Challenge of the Elders
Why? Because why not? There are probably still a few out there than haven’t done this.
- Round 1
- Exposure and Brawler
- Round 2
- Grounded and Airborne
- Round 3
- Catapult and Arc Burn
- Round 4
- Specialist and Juggler
- Round 5
- Trickle and Small Arms
This is actually not a bad set of modifiers for Skolas himself. Yes, Trickle can be a pain in the ass, but Small Arms makes taking care of those pesky adds much easier.
I won’t give specific suggestions as to subclasses and weapons, but definitely go into the Skolas fight with a sword. Got the taint? Block with your sword at aabout 1-2 seconds remaining. Really, just do that. Skolas simplified.
It’s Iron Banner this week also, and I can’t really bring myself to care. Supremacy is the game mode. I have no clue what the weapons and armor pieces are that area available.
